Bliss Divine Yoga
A path to better health, inner happiness and peace
Experience the transformation of an integral and systematic Yoga practice
As body, mind and spirit are one, our yoga practice integrates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of being.
With an emphasis of inner awareness, attention to breath and the activities of the mind, one feels deeply rested and rejuvenated after the practice.
Discover the peace within
Classical hatha yoga in Sivananda Yoga tradition
The practice of traditional classical yoga is a quiet journey that empowers the individual to rediscover the innate peace and bliss already within.
To begin, one does not need to be strong or flexible.
One only needs an open mind to start and stay curious.
No one is too inflexible or too weak to start experiencing the benefits of yoga practice.
In a Sivananda Yoga class, you will practise physical postures, breath work and relaxation. Coupled with a proper diet and positive thinking, these are the five principles that form the foundation of the Sivananda Yoga practice.
Through regular practice, one gains an indirect control of the mind, experiencing more awareness, calm and inner peace.

"I love how Lipeng explains the essence of each pose and allows one to fully internalise them... She emphasises on self awareness, learning and improvement. Lipeng often takes the extra step to teach us the alternative poses that better suit our bodies. In that way, I learnt to enjoy the yoga postures within my own capcity, without any pre-conception of a perfect pose!"
